Description

You will own core billing operations at Qualia, including processing payments, resolving discrepancies, generating invoices, managing credits, and ensuring accurate billing. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity and directly impact customer trust and revenue recognition.

Requirements

• 1-2 years in billing operations, accounts receivable, or revenue operations (SaaS preferred)
• Experience with subscription billing platforms (Ordway, Zuora, Chargebee, or similar)
• Strong command of Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis
• High attention to detail with ability to follow issues through to completion
• Strong communication skills and comfort with ambiguity

Responsibilities

• Oversee billing status of accounts, resolve inconsistencies and errors
• Process payments, manage billing runs, generate accurate invoices
• Manage credits and adjustments for bank partner, ORT, and Qualia credits
• Handle refunds, concessions, and payment disputes within approval thresholds
• Own collections for overdue accounts via email and phone
