Requirements

  • 2-3 years of sales development leadership experience with top performance.
  • Strong outbound fundamentals: prospecting, qualification, objection handling, meeting control.
  • Comfortable operating in Salesforce and SDR tools like Outreach or Salesloft.
  • High standards for execution, clarity, and measurement.
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, coach, and develop SDRs through hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development.
  • Deliver against team targets for qualified meetings and pipeline contribution.
  • Improve conversion rates across prospecting, reply, meeting, and qualified opportunity stages.
  • Operate a predictable cadence with daily standups, weekly reviews, and cross-functional syncs.
  • Develop and refine outbound plays by vertical and use case.
