Description

In this role, you will own the architectural vision and technical standards for our supply chain solutions, leading the adoption of emerging technologies including Generative AI. You'll bridge technology and business, mentor engineers, and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and customers.

Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering, with at least 5 in architecture or technical leadership
• Strong experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade data platforms or distributed systems
• Deep knowledge of data architecture, APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, and CI/CD
• Experience with AI/ML integration; exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, or intelligent automation preferred
• Experience working directly with customers in technical advisory or solution architecture roles

Responsibilities

• Define and own overall architecture strategy for supply chain products and solutions
• Establish and enforce architectural principles, design standards, and engineering best practices
• Identify high-value use cases for GenAI and AI within supply chain workflows
• Act as subject matter expert in customer interactions, architecture discussions, and solution workshops
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers across architecture, coding standards, DevOps, and operational readiness
