💼 About This Role

You'll own Tavily's end-to-end AR function, ensuring billing accuracy and timely collections while partnering with Sales and Finance. You'll report to the CFO and build scalable processes to support growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own full AR lifecycle: invoicing, collections, cash application, credits.
• Monitor AR aging and drive consistent collections processes.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and maintain accurate AR records.
• Prepare regular AR reporting and support month-end close.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable.
• Strong understanding of invoicing and collections processes.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales and Finance.
• High attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in SaaS or usage-based pricing.
• Familiarity with Stripe or Tabs systems.
• Experience supporting audits and month-end close.
