Description

As a Security Associate, you'll manage vehicle movement, conduct patrols, and ensure safety protocols at Carvana's facility. You'll be the first point of contact for associates and visitors, using technology to monitor access and respond to incidents.

Requirements

• 1-2 years customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle conflict situations positively
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds
• Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle movement through inspection center gates
• Conduct routine patrols and document security/safety concerns
• Respond to badge creation, CCTV review requests
• De-escalate situations and execute incident response protocols
• Enforce facility Safe and Secure Principles at entrances/exits
