Description

You will own electrical test equipment definition and production testing for semiconductor packaging and wafer-level testing at Starlink. You'll bring up test equipment, create automated test programs, and collaborate with equipment manufacturers and chip designers to ensure product conformance and improve manufacturing efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, physics, or other applied engineering discipline
• Programming experience in C/C++/Visual/Python
• 3+ years industry experience with microelectronics packaging development (preferred)
• Expertise in developing digital, high-speed and RF semiconductor test programs (preferred)
• Strong RF test knowledge (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Own electrical test equipment definition for packaging and wafer level production testing
• Bring-up of test equipment and test programs for mass manufacturing
• Create ATE test programs and test plans
• Define testing requirements to ensure product conformance
• Schematic and electrical review for test equipment
