Description

As an Orthodontic Assistant at Harrington Orthodontics, you will support the doctor team in delivering excellent patient care. Your responsibilities include assisting chairside with orthodontic appliances, taking X-rays, fabricating retainers, maintaining patient charts, and ensuring clinical areas are clean and organized. You will build rapport with patients and educate them on treatment practices.

Responsibilities

• Establish trusting rapport with patients and deliver high customer service
• Educate patients on orthodontic care and treatment practices
• Work chairside assisting with placing and removing orthodontic appliances
• Take X-rays, pictures, and fabricate retainers
• Maintain patient charts, transcribe doctor notes, and keep clinical areas stocked and clean
