You will oversee end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with multi-state regulations. This hands-on role involves managing payroll systems, leading audits, and collaborating with HR and Finance to optimize processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration
• Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
• Experience with UKG Time Attendance (Kronos)
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, complex formulas)
• Knowledge of multi-state payroll and taxation

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for hourly and salaried employees
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour laws
• Resolve complex payroll issues including retro pay and garnishments
• Oversee payroll audits, reconciliations, tax filings, and year-end activities
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
