Description

As a Talent Acquisition Associate in our Tokyo office, you will act as a brand ambassador, manage candidate pipelines, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate recruitment operations. You'll also support campus recruiting and help develop innovative talent acquisition strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials and extracurricular leadership
• 3+ years of work experience in corporate recruitment, headhunting, or executive search
• Fluent English (business level and above) and native Japanese

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador and manage candidate communications from application to hire
• Generate and manage a high-quality pipeline of candidates using channels like LinkedIn
• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary tests and first-round interviews
• Coordinate scheduling, manage job postings, and prepare offer letters and contracts
• Support campus recruiting logistics and employer branding activities
