📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with significant experience or master's with fewer years.
• Deep expertise in negotiating cost-plus and fixed-price contracts.
• Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and U.S. government contracting regulations.
• Prior leadership or people management experience.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD Secret clearance.
