You will be responsible for identifying marketing strategy with a deep understanding of the market, customer, competition, and brand, and presenting actionable implications and recommendations to clients. The role involves managing multiple brands, growing junior team members, and distilling complex information into clear strategic insights.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in pharmaceutical marketing or strategy consulting
  • Experience with oncology brands and clinical/marketing terminology
  • Strong presentation, moderation, and slide deck storytelling skills
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and grow junior team members

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic deliverables including competitive analysis, brand positioning, creative briefs, and market research synthesis
  • Design and co-lead customized workshops (e.g., positioning, messaging, competitive analysis)
  • Interpret primary and secondary research and communicate results
  • Oversee and grow interns and associate strategists
  • Monitor pharmaceutical/biotech industry trends and communicate opportunities
