💼 About This Role

You'll power Pearl Health's commercial engine end-to-end, owning systems, processes, and insights that drive growth from pipeline through long-term customer success. You'll go beyond traditional RevOps to connect Growth and Customer Success across pre- and post-sale. With broad scope and high ownership, you'll design and scale systems that fuel our next phase of growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement CRM architecture via HubSpot improvements.
• Build bulk contracting infrastructure for peak season.
• Define systems integration roadmap and documentation standards.
• Stand up deal pipeline forecasting and management dashboards.
• Lead design of Growth-to-CS lifecycle processes.

📋 Requirements

• 5–7 years in Revenue Operations or similar role.
• Experience across full commercial lifecycle (pre- and post-sale).
• Advanced HubSpot experience (data models, workflows, integrations).
• Strong analytical and data modeling skills in Google Sheets or Excel.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Ironclad or similar contract lifecycle platforms.
• Experience in value-based care or healthcare technology.
• Familiarity with CMS submissions or payer contracting.
