You'll serve as President/CEO of a small home decor retail business, driving profitability and transitioning to employee ownership. You'll own full P&L responsibility, business strategy, and operations for a Teamshares network company in Providence, RI. This role offers an equity stake and the chance to lead a business through a meaningful transition.

• Lead all business strategy, operations, and P&L management
• Drive revenue growth through marketing and new product lines
• Execute operational business objectives and establish key metrics
• Manage HR including staff disputes, evaluations, and raises
