Your work will directly shape how Product Growth operates across enterprise offerings, driving rapid feedback loops. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and own new growth capabilities across B2B product suites.
• Drive platform-level improvements for consistent experimentation.
• Partner with product, design, and data on experiment strategy.
• Establish guardrails for performance, reliability, and data integrity.
• Mentor engineers in experimentation best practices.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development in SaaS.
• Hands-on experience building experimentation platforms (feature flags, A/B frameworks).
• Proven ability to design scalable instrumentation strategies with high data integrity.
• Proficiency in Go.
• Experience leading cross-team technical initiatives spanning frontend, backend, data.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience scaling product-led growth in B2B SaaS.
• Experience in compliance or security-sensitive environments.
• Familiarity with Amplitude, Looker, Qualtrics.
