Description

In this per diem role, you will see patients across multiple clinics in Dallas, TX, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits. You'll treat both in-person and via telehealth, collaborating with in-office and virtual teams to provide human-centered primary care.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of primary care experience
• Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in Texas
• Board Certification in Family Medicine or MedPeds
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, mission-driven organization

Responsibilities

• See patients with a broad array of needs, including acute, chronic, and well visits
• Conduct in-office and occasional telehealth visits
• Collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles and virtual clinical teams
• Perform in-office procedures as trained
• Obtain additional state licensure for virtual primary care as needed
