Description

As a Technical Field Sales Specialist, you will be a trusted technical expert supporting customers and sales teams on complex architectural projects. You'll provide real-time guidance on glass, metal framing, and hardware, spend 4+ days per week in the field, and deliver training sessions to strengthen product knowledge.

Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge of glass, aluminum framing systems, or architectural hardware
• Experience in glazing, architectural products, or commercial construction
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
• Willingness to travel and spend significant time in the field
• Proficiency with communication tools such as phone, Microsoft Teams, and email

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical expert in glass, metal framing systems, or architectural hardware
• Provide real-time technical guidance via phone, Teams, and email
• Support system selection, detailing, and problem-solving for complex projects
• Partner with sales teams in the field, attending customer meetings and jobsite visits
• Deliver engaging technical training sessions to strengthen product knowledge and sales effectiveness
