You'll perform bookkeeping and financial reporting for a global company. You'll manage accounts receivable, reconciliation, and payroll while using QuickBooks and Excel. This fully remote role offers upskilling opportunities and career growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor contracts and agreements with vendors, consultants, and banks.
• Perform accounts receivable functions including invoicing and collections.
• Conduct reconciliation of all accounts as needed.
• Prepare balance sheets, financial statements, and payroll documents.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year proven experience as a bookkeeper with international clients.
• Knowledge of US Taxation is required.
• Solid understanding of financial/accounting terminologies and practices.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Asana, and Excel.
