💼 About This Role

You'll own the UI/UX strategy for Samba's unified client reporting portal, transforming it into an intuitive data-rich experience. Your designs will directly impact brand cohesion across all touchpoints and influence C-level decisions as the sole design leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct user research to understand client pain points and workflows.
• Design end-to-end experiences from IA to high-fidelity prototypes.
• Establish design systems and patterns that scale across the platform.
• Present design rationale directly to C-level executives.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in product design with end-to-end ownership of complex B2B applications.
• Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design fundamentals.
• Expert-level skills in Figma or equivalent design tools.
• Experience designing reporting, analytics, or dashboard interfaces.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with front-end development constraints and opportunities.
• Track record of building design strategy in early-stage or transformation environments.
• Experience with design systems and component-based design.
