You'll lead software test engineering for an innovative augmented reality startup building synthetic air combat training. You'll design test plans, automate CI/CD pipelines, and ensure quality of AR applications. This role offers the chance to shape testing processes for cutting-edge defense technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create R&D, qualification and acceptance test plans for AR software
• Perform manual and automated testing with Hardware In Loop
• Develop and execute regression test strategies for daily builds
• Lead and mentor test team members on best practices

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years experience in software test lead capacity
• C++ development with Hardware In Loop
• Test automation with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Pytest
• CI/CD pipeline testing experience (3+ years)

✨ Nice to Have

• Python development experience
• Augmented/virtual reality systems experience
• Military or defense solutions background
