• Write monthly print magazine features (1,000-2,000 words)
• Occasionally collaborate on investigative or special projects

• Demonstrated writing, interviewing, and reporting skills
• Ability to produce clean, accurate copy under deadline
• Capacity to develop expertise in real estate coverage areas
• Ability to analyze information from databases and public records
