🎯 What You'll Do

  • Achieve annual new business sales goals for Level-Funded and ICHRA products.
  • Develop and execute regional sales plans targeting brokers and mid-market employers.
  • Build consultative relationships with key broker partners to drive quote and close activity.
  • Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to close.

📋 Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of sales experience in health insurance or employee benefits.
  • Proven record of exceeding quota.
  • Strong pre-existing broker and consultant relationships in Texas.
  • Deep understanding of Level-Funded and/or ICHRA plan designs.

  • Experience with stop-loss and alternative funding models.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work autonomously.
