💼 About This Role

You'll join a small internal automation team building AI-powered tools and automated workflows that supercharge Lendable's finance, compliance, and product teams. You'll own features end-to-end from problem discovery to deployment, directly saving hours of manual work. Your work will have immediate, measurable impact across the company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build AI integrations with Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, GitHub, Snowflake
• Enable non-engineers to create AI-powered workflows using rapid app builder tools
• Ship integrations quickly and measure time saved and adoption
• Contribute to internal automation platform using AWS Bedrock and n8n

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong full-stack skills in Python or TypeScript
• Experience shipping containerised software to Kubernetes
• Proven experience building AI tooling with LLMs and embeddings in a commercial environment

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with workflow automation tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make
• Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector)
• Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol)
