You'll lead a team of 8-10 advisors in Watershed's Mexico City office, enabling them to deliver high-quality advisory services to customers. You'll drive operational excellence and strategic initiatives, including integrating AI into workflows. This is an early leadership opportunity to build an inclusive, high-performance culture in a new office.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and scale a team of 8-10 advisors
• Ensure high-quality service delivery to customers
• Drive day-to-day team operations and prioritization
• Shape operational systems and lead improvement initiatives

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience
• 3+ years managing customer-facing teams of 6+ people
• Experience leveraging AI to drive efficiency
• English fluency (verbal and written)
