Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years healthcare sales or 2+ years genetic counselor experience
• Valid driver's license
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Responsibilities

• Drive territory growth by prospecting and closing new business while expanding existing accounts
• Deliver tailored consultative sales presentations to healthcare providers
• Coordinate and execute in-person and virtual client meetings
• Lead educational initiatives including in-office appointments and regional conferences
• Maintain high field presence (4.5 days/week) and meet or exceed sales targets
