๐ Requirements
- 8+ years in L&D or organizational development at a multinational
- Undergraduate degree required, advanced degree preferred
- Strong facilitation and training delivery skills
- Analytical mindset with data tracking and reporting ability

- Experience with change management enablement strategies
- Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Familiarity with internal content leverage across group companies
