You'll join Verto's Customer Success team to resolve inquiries via Intercom and phone, ensuring high customer satisfaction. You'll investigate issues, manage complaints, and maintain SLAs while collaborating with globally distributed teams. This fintech role offers exposure to cross-border payments and emerging markets.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries on Intercom and adhere to SLAs.
- Investigate customer queries using internal platforms.
- Handle and manage complaints within SLAs.
- Oversee key processes for efficiencies and enhancements.
๐ Requirements
- Experience handling and managing customer complaints.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

- Experience in fintech, financial services, or cross-border payments.
