You'll own CRM data quality and process improvement for a global experience analytics platform. You'll act as the primary escalation point for complex data issues, ensuring accuracy and scalability. This role offers the chance to drive impact in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex data merges and account deduplication.
- Review and validate work produced by junior associates for 100% data accuracy.
- Proactively identify and execute bulk cleanup initiatives for large-scale data.
- Own and maintain CRM Rules of Engagement documentation.
- Collaborate with the Internal Systems & Data team on system workflows and change requests.
📋 Requirements
- 4 to 5 years of experience in Salesforce and/or HubSpot administration.
- Exceptional attention to detail paired with a GTM business mindset.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage competing priorities.

- Experience with data deduplication and territory disputes.
- Familiarity with Revenue Operations processes.
- Self-starter mentality with scalable problem-solving skills.
