💼 About This Role

You'll own CRM data quality and process improvement for a global experience analytics platform. You'll act as the primary escalation point for complex data issues, ensuring accuracy and scalability. This role offers the chance to drive impact in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex data merges and account deduplication.
  • Review and validate work produced by junior associates for 100% data accuracy.
  • Proactively identify and execute bulk cleanup initiatives for large-scale data.
  • Own and maintain CRM Rules of Engagement documentation.
  • Collaborate with the Internal Systems & Data team on system workflows and change requests.

📋 Requirements

  • 4 to 5 years of experience in Salesforce and/or HubSpot administration.
  • Exceptional attention to detail paired with a GTM business mindset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage competing priorities.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with data deduplication and territory disputes.
  • Familiarity with Revenue Operations processes.
  • Self-starter mentality with scalable problem-solving skills.
