π― What You'll Do
- Deliver advanced technical support to enterprise customers via ticketing and calls
- Investigate and resolve complex issues with WordPress, plugins, themes, and APIs
- Perform in-depth debugging using logs, monitoring tools, and code analysis
- Contribute to internal knowledge resources and technical documentation
π Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with WordPress including plugins and hooks
- Proficiency in debugging code written in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience in customer-facing technical support or enterprise support environments
- Strong understanding of web technologies including REST APIs and DNS
β¨ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with WooCommerce or Gutenberg
- Experience with enterprise-level WordPress hosting environments
- Knowledge of reverse proxies and caching strategies
