💼 About This Role

You'll support the launch and growth of our Thai market by building the affiliate network from the ground up. You'll manage local partners and drive high-quality traffic through performance-based channels like social and streaming platforms. This is a full-time, on-site role at our Melbourne CBD office where you'll collaborate with a dynamic team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify, recruit and onboard new Thai market affiliates
• Manage relationships with Thai-speaking partners daily
• Analyze affiliate performance to optimize traffic and ROI
• Negotiate commission structures and partnership terms

📋 Requirements

• Fluent in Thai and English, both spoken and written
• 1-2 years of experience in affiliate marketing or similar
• Analytical and commercially minded, with data interpretation skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

• Familiarity with streaming platforms or performance marketing channels
• Experience using Google Sheets or Excel for reporting
