You'll provide exceptional customer service at The Fonda venue, answering questions, scanning tickets, and monitoring guest conduct to ensure a safe environment. You'll be part of the emergency evacuation team and enforce venue policies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Answer guest questions and direct them to venue areas
• Scan tickets and administer wristbands for entry
• Resolve guest complaints and escalate concerns
• Monitor guest conduct and alcohol consumption

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of related work experience
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods
• Ability to lift 50 lbs without assistance
