Description

You will drive AirTrunk's rapid expansion in Malaysia by identifying and acquiring strategic data centre sites. Your role involves market research, relationship building with landowners and agencies, and leading due diligence and feasibility assessments to secure high-potential locations for development.

Requirements

• Senior managerial experience in site selection or real estate for data centres or similar infrastructure
• Strong market research and analysis skills for identifying strategic expansion opportunities
• Proven ability to build relationships with external stakeholders and manage due diligence processes
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing budgets
• Excellent communication and documentation skills for investment approvals

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and opportunity mapping for strategic expansion across Malaysia
• Build relationships with landowners, brokers, developers, and government agencies to source and evaluate potential sites
• Collaborate with Data Strategy team to assess target locations and customer availability zones
• Coordinate due diligence materials and manage budget for site selection activities
• Support preparation of documentation for investment approvals, including financial models and investment memoranda
