Child and Adolescent Therapist - Diagnostic Evaluator

Description
In this hybrid role, you will split your time between conducting neurodevelopmental diagnostic evaluations (including autism assessments) and providing evidence-based psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and young adults. You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to deliver whole-child mental health care both onsite in Mount Laurel, NJ, and remotely.
Requirements
- Licensed mental health clinician (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.) with experience in child and adolescent therapy.
- Training and experience in neurodevelopmental diagnostic evaluations, including autism assessments.
- Ability to work onsite at least 2 days per week in Mount Laurel, NJ.
- Availability for after-school hours (minimum 15 hours/week after 4:00pm ET and weekends).
- Strong clinical documentation and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct neurodevelopmental diagnostic evaluations, including autism spectrum evaluations (ADOS-2, ASRS, CARS).
- Analyze and synthesize assessment data into diagnostic conclusions and complete progress notes within 24 hours.
- Provide clear, compassionate feedback to clients and families post-evaluation.
- Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and young adults, developing and adjusting individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers (Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Executive Function Coaches, Speech Therapists) for integrated care.
