💼 About This Role

You'll take ownership of the full estimating process for high-rise residential projects at a top Canadian development firm. Your work will directly shape project feasibility and financial positioning. This role offers a real seat at the table on major mixed-use developments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop conceptual and order-of-magnitude estimates from feasibility stage
• Prepare detailed quantity surveys and takeoffs across design stages
• Manage competitive tender processes and evaluate subcontractor proposals
• Facilitate value engineering workshops with design and construction teams

📋 Requirements

• 5–7+ years of progressive estimating experience with a GC or developer
• High-rise residential estimating experience is mandatory
• Experience estimating projects from $10M to $200M+
• Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, BIM/Revit takeoff

✨ Nice to Have

• PQS or Gold Seal Certification in Estimating
• Familiarity with Ontario Building Code and cost implications
• Experience under CCA 5a, 5b, CCDC 2, 3, 14 contracts
