Description

You will oversee daily operations in a vehicle reconditioning center, managing a team of up to 70 associates in a lean manufacturing environment. Your role includes mentoring, performance management, and ensuring quality, production, and cost objectives are met.

Requirements

• 5 years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Experience leading and developing associates
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations within the Inspection Center
• Provide mentoring and accountability to direct reports
• Ensure adherence to operating standards and performance standards
• Maintain supervisory staff by recruiting, selecting, and training employees
• Ensure adequate production capacity and assist with production planning
