You'll coach multiple software development teams in applying Scrum and agile practices effectively, fostering continuous improvement and transparency. Your core impact will be guiding teams through agile maturity while delivering high-quality outcomes for our enterprise health technology platform. You'll also mentor junior Scrum Masters and contribute to cross-team coordination.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Facilitate Scrum events and coach teams to self-organize
• Design and lead retrospectives tailored to team needs
• Identify and remove impediments to team progress
• Prepare and present sprint reports with velocity and metrics

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or 5 years work experience
• 5+ years working in Scrum Master role
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
