🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with senior finance leadership to define transformation goals and objectives
• Lead and manage transformation projects from inception to completion
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to identify process improvement opportunities
• Evaluate existing systems and propose enhancements for efficiency and scalability

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of accounting operational experience
• Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders and competing priorities
• Experience with Agile Project and Portfolio Management tools such as Jira
• Strong capability in process improvement and change management

• Experience with data analytics, machine learning, and generative AI
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
