You'll lead total rewards strategy for a cybersecurity company, overseeing payroll, compensation, benefits, and equity programs. Your work ensures employees are paid accurately and competitively while scaling processes for growth. This role offers leadership of a cross-functional team with executive visibility.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing across all jurisdictions
  • Design and administer base pay and incentive compensation programs
  • Lead annual open enrollment and benefits administration
  • Oversee equity program administration, including stock options

📋 Requirements

  • 10+ years total rewards experience in payroll, compensation, benefits, and equity
  • 3+ years direct equity program management experience
  • Proven experience leading and developing a team
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll systems (UKG preferred)

✨ Nice to Have

  • CPP, CCP, or CBP certification
  • Experience in high-growth technology company
