You'll join Scion's investments team to execute financial modeling, research, and presentations for student living transactions. You'll support portfolio management and cross-functional initiatives. This senior role offers exposure to real estate finance and investment transactions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare and review financial models for prospective transactions
• Gather and evaluate economic and demographic data
• Conduct portfolio management analysis and reporting
• Perform transaction due diligence and document review

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, or similar STEM field
• 2-5 years of professional experience
• Advanced financial modeling proficiency
• Knowledge of commercial real estate fundamentals and investment principles
