💼 About This Role

You'll drive day-to-day carrier coordination and pickup execution across ShipBob's final mile network, partnering with fulfillment centers and carriers to ensure freight moves reliably. This role is critical for sustaining service reliability and quality in a high-performance culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor carrier on-time pickups and address risks using ToolBob
• Manage COPS tickets and respond to urgent carrier inquiries
• Coordinate final mile pickup schedules and ad hoc capacity requests
• Serve as escalation point for merchant delivery issues and POD requests

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in transportation or carrier operations
• Working knowledge of carrier pickup execution and service failure resolution
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple carrier relationships

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with LTL/FTL execution
• Familiarity with Power BI for reporting
• Knowledge of final mile operations
