You'll design growth experiments and build flywheels to move top-of-funnel at SimpleClosure, the tech leader in business shutdowns. You'll own the entire growth process from experimentation to execution while being the most visible presence in the Bay Area startup ecosystem. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Design, launch, and evaluate growth experiments across acquisition, activation, and referral
- Build and maintain a rigorous test-and-learn framework with clear hypotheses and metrics
- Identify non-obvious acquisition channels like communities, integrations, and partner loops
- Attend 3-5 Bay Area startup events per week and build relationships with ecosystem players
- Synthesize growth learnings into institutional knowledge for the GTM team

- Located in San Francisco Metro Area and plugged into the local ecosystem
- Growth track record at an early-stage or growth-stage startup with scrappy, high-impact experiments
- Strong analytical foundation to pull, interpret, and act on data independently
- AI-native โ actively uses AI tools to multiply output and explore new possibilities

- Personal experience founding or shutting down a company
- Background in product, engineering, or data science in addition to growth
