Description

You will serve as the technical authority for the Enterprise OS team, building a foundational platform layer above core enterprise systems. You'll design core services, lead the engineering team, set platform standards, and own the technical roadmap to streamline development of secure, reliable applications.

Requirements

• 15+ years building distributed systems, backend platforms, or internal developer platforms
• Strong hands-on backend engineering experience (Go preferred)
• Deep expertise in relational databases, ideally PostgreSQL
• Experience designing canonical data models across heterogeneous systems
• Experience implementing secure authorization patterns (RBAC and fine-grained access controls)

Responsibilities

• Define canonical entity models normalizing data across enterprise systems
• Design and implement core backend services using Go
• Define strongly typed API contracts and versioning standards with protobuf
• Design a portable data architecture using PostgreSQL
• Establish scalable connector/integration patterns for ingesting and serving enterprise entities
