  • Drive performance across a 24/7 support organization with consistent service quality
  • Scale team structures, processes, and staffing models to support business growth
  • Leverage AI, automation, and tooling to solve operational gaps

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading a support team in fast-paced environment
  • Experience hiring and managing distributed, multi-shift, or 24/7 team
  • Experience managing managers in customer support or CX organization
  • Strong operational and analytical skills using metrics and customer insights

  • Experience with startup or SaaS organization
  • Comfort building with AI, automation, or workflow tooling (Zendesk, Salesforce)
