Description
Lead DMPK strategies for small molecule oncology drug discovery programs, designing and interpreting in vitro ADME and in vivo PK studies to advance novel therapies toward the clinic. Collaborate cross-functionally with medicinal chemistry, pharmacology, toxicology, and CROs to ensure efficient candidate selection and regulatory submissions.
Requirements
- PhD in Drug Metabolism, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field
- Expertise in quantitative bioanalysis using LC-MS/MS
- Experience with in vitro ADME, in vivo PK, and PK modeling
- Minimum of 8 years (MS) or 10 years (BS) of industrial experience if non-PhD
- Strong knowledge of ADME/DMPK and LC-MS/MS instrumentation
Responsibilities
- Lead DMPK strategies across programs and departments
- Design, conduct, and supervise in vitro and in vivo DMPK studies
- Interpret bioanalytical and PK results, perform NCA PK modeling
- Develop LC-UV-MS/MS methods for quantitation in biological fluids
- Manage CRO interactions and prepare regulatory documents
