💼 About This Role

You'll perform maintenance and repair on pump, power, and HVAC equipment for EquipmentShare's Advanced Solutions rental facility. You'll use proprietary T3 technology to diagnose issues and manage work orders, enabling smarter, safer work. This role offers year-round OEM training and opportunities for career advancement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders
• Travel to customer sites for preventive maintenance and repairs
• Troubleshoot equipment failures at shop and customer locations
• Maintain paperwork and electronic documentation of work performed

📋 Requirements

• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
• Experience with power generators or commercial HVAC equipment
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks

✨ Nice to Have

• EPA 608 certification or ability to obtain within 6-12 months
• Trade school certificate
• Experience in field service, maintenance and repair
