Description

You will lead design and validation of new medium voltage power distribution products, manage a team of engineers, and drive NPI projects. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on design using SolidWorks and AutoCAD, shaping innovative products for industrial power systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (MSME preferred)
• 10+ years R&D or product development experience in power distribution
• Experience in medium voltage power distribution systems
• Leadership and mentoring experience
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD

Responsibilities

• Lead design, analysis, and validation of medium voltage power distribution products
• Manage and mentor engineers, track project timelines, ensure quality and efficiency
• Drive on-time performance and minimize design errors for NPI deliverables
• Conduct peer reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Facilitate communication between design and manufacturing teams
