You'll own end-to-end sales compensation administration, plan design, and analytics for assigned segments at a high-growth company that supports small businesses. You'll leverage AI tools to automate tasks and drive insights, acting as a strategic partner to Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on sales compensation administration experience with end-to-end ownership of commission processes in a high-growth environment
- Experience in full-cycle comp administration including calculations, crediting, draws, clawbacks, and dispute resolution
- Deep expertise in sales compensation administration and advanced analytical capabilities
- Experience with Xactly platform or similar sales compensation tools
- Track record of building scalable, fair, and motivating compensation programs
Responsibilities
- Own sales compensation administration for assigned teams, including commission calculations, payment processing, crediting, draws, clawbacks, and dispute resolution
- Serve as Xactly platform owner and subject matter expert, defining configuration standards and maintaining data integrity
- Deliver monthly attainment summaries and payout forecasts to Sales, Finance, and Rev Ops; maintain KPI dashboards and perform ad hoc analysis
- Contribute to plan design for assigned segments, including rate validation, accelerator analysis, and building financial models
- Drive cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Finance, HR, and Rev Ops using data and structured analysis
