You'll lead IPO advisory engagements for a top-tier advisory firm, serving as a trusted partner to clients navigating complex transactions. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive client engagements for M&A, IPO, carve-outs, and divestitures
• Leverage GAAP and SEC expertise to support financial reporting
• Collaborate across advisory functions during off-market periods
• Participate in business development and mentor junior team members

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years in professional services (public accounting, advisory, or consulting)
• Expertise in IPO readiness assessments and execution
• Proficiency in drafting registration statements and responding to SEC comments
• Experience mentoring and developing junior team members
