You'll drive adoption, retention, and expansion for strategic enterprise accounts at a supply chain AI platform. You'll partner with customers to deliver measurable outcomes and influence the product roadmap. This role combines deep supply chain expertise with executive engagement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead quarterly business reviews and governance meetings with customers.
• Drive platform adoption and monitor customer health metrics.
• Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Sales on renewals.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams to align with account goals.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in Customer Success, Consulting, or Supply Chain Operations.
• Deep knowledge of supply chain domains for technical and business discussions.
• Proven program and stakeholder management including QBR facilitation.
• Ability to identify and quantify customer impact.
