You'll own enterprise deployment of ValonOS, an AI-native operating system for regulated finance. You'll drive multi-stakeholder programs with clarity and pace, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption targets are met.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the plan of record for an enterprise deployment
• Drive execution to timeline and anticipate blockers
• Be the main client touchpoint and build trusted relationships
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams from discovery through go live

📋 Requirements

• 3–6 years in implementation management or consulting
• Exceptional organization and written/verbal communication
• Relationship builder with high EQ for trusted-advisor status
• Comfortable coordinating across multiple vendors in compliance-sensitive environments

• Experience in implementation management, consulting, or investment banking
• Background in forward-deployed work with product or engineering teams
• Fluency with program tools like Notion, Google Workspace, and project trackers
