You'll lead a team of Account Executives while driving net-new business for Tatari's AI-powered TV advertising platform. Your core impact is achieving sales goals and shaping go-to-market strategy. This role combines people leadership with high-performance individual contribution in a fast-growing AdTech company.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop a small team of Account Executives and Client Development managers.
  • Own the full sales cycle from pipeline creation to contract execution for net-new business.
  • Convert mid-market and enterprise advertisers into long-term partners.
  • Partner with Media Buying and Client Services for seamless handoffs and account growth.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 7+ years selling performance-driven advertising solutions (TV, CTV, or AdTech preferred).
  • 3+ years of people management experience.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota in high-growth sales.
  • Hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot preferred).

  • Experience with TV, CTV, or AdTech platforms.
  • High EQ and executive presence.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
