You'll lead a team of Account Executives while driving net-new business for Tatari's AI-powered TV advertising platform. Your core impact is achieving sales goals and shaping go-to-market strategy. This role combines people leadership with high-performance individual contribution in a fast-growing AdTech company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a small team of Account Executives and Client Development managers.
- Own the full sales cycle from pipeline creation to contract execution for net-new business.
- Convert mid-market and enterprise advertisers into long-term partners.
- Partner with Media Buying and Client Services for seamless handoffs and account growth.
๐ Requirements
- 7+ years selling performance-driven advertising solutions (TV, CTV, or AdTech preferred).
- 3+ years of people management experience.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota in high-growth sales.
- Hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot preferred).

- Experience with TV, CTV, or AdTech platforms.
- High EQ and executive presence.
- Bachelor's degree required.
